The 3D Space Design Challenge will set young people who are following game design, VFX or animation courses, the challenge of working in teams to research and design virtual or augmented reality, game, VFX, mixed media or animated resources that could be used by 4wardFutures to enhance one of their related projects. Students will work from design briefs that will be developed by 4wardFutures partners from the space and media industry. A design brief could, for example, set the challenge of creating:

 ·        A mixed media animation that Illustrates the launch, deployment, and operation of an earth observation satellite.

·         A mixed media video that introduces one of the 4wardFutures projects.
